Kmart Deals Starting 8/21 - 8/27

If you haven't heard K-mart is doubling coupons this week up to $0.99!  Which means that if you have a $0.99 coupon it double to $1.98!  Since I have never done this it's a new concept for me so I've checked to see how KCL has done it and hopefully next time I will know how.

They are still running the deal when you spend $15 on Scott Products you get $5 off instantly!  The great thing about this is it's before coupons!
